4. Booking Confirmation and Ticket Issuance

A booking is considered fully confirmed only after:

2. An electronic ticket (E-ticket) has been successfully issued.

A booking reference or reservation record alone does not necessarily constitute ticket issuance.

If payment cannot be verified, the selected fare becomes unavailable, or the airline is unable to confirm the requested itinerary before ticket issuance, ThaiFlightCentre.com may contact the passenger with alternative options.

If the booking cannot be ticketed, any amount actually collected for that booking will be refunded, subject to applicable payment processing conditions.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices displayed on ThaiFlightCentre.com are based on the applicable airfare, taxes, and mandatory charges at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, our service fee or processing fee will be clearly disclosed before payment is completed.

Airfares and seat availability are dynamic and may change until payment has been successfully completed and the ticket has been issued.

We may accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods made available through our website.

A ticket is not considered issued until payment has been successfully processed and the E-ticket has been issued.

8.1 Thai Airways (TG)

Thai Airways uses different fare families and booking classes depending on the route and itinerary. Common fare families may include Saver, Standard, and Flexi, while promotional fares and other fare products may have separate conditions.

Thai Airways – General Fare Conditions

Name Change

Transfer of a ticket to another passenger is not permitted.

A ticket cannot be transferred or reassigned to another person unless expressly permitted by the applicable airline rules.

Name Correction

A spelling or name correction relating to the same passenger may be permitted subject to Thai Airways' applicable policy, documentation requirements, and fees.

A name correction must not constitute a change of passenger.

Flight / Date Change

Name Change

Tickets are generally not transferable to another passenger.

A passenger name cannot be changed to another person after ticket issuance unless expressly permitted under the applicable airline policy.

Name Correction

Name Change

9. Name Changes and Name Corrections

9.1 Name Change

A name change means replacing the original passenger with another person.

The passenger may instead need to cancel/refund the existing ticket according to the applicable fare rules and purchase a new ticket.
