Provide rebooking option for passengers departing from UK or Ireland

Dear our passengers,

In the face of the complicated situation of Covid 19 around the world, Thai Airways will offer customers departing the UK or Iren a free policy of changing fee for existing bookings with travel itineraries up to and including the 30th April 2020 to any of our worldwide destinations so passengers can rebook their travel up to 15th December 2020.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST ANY PASSENGERS WITH DEPARTURES AFTER 30TH APRIL 2020 AT PRESENT. WE ASK FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION SO WE CAN ASSIST PASSENGERS WITH URGENT REQUESTS.

Please note, passengers who do not wish to rebook or obtain a travel voucher, then the refund fees will apply as per the original ticket conditions.
